This program will mirror that of our NBA and WNBA programs in which players will experience the daily grind of what it takes to be a professional player. 4 days a week of skill and performance training designed around your individual goals and needs. Take advantage of the opportunity to train and develop like a pro this off-season.

Basketball – 12:45pm
Strength – 2:15pm
