Ages 12-14

Varsity

A highly educational program designed to set up young athletes for long-term success in a group training setting. Whether you’re preparing for high school or looking to make the varsity team, we work on building a solid foundation focused on form and function through strength and movement exercises.

Program Includes:

• Train in a group setting of like-minded athletes
• Monthly speed + strength workout
• Testing to track progress
• Post-workout supplements
• Access to recovery

Ages 15-18

D1

Building off the foundation of Varsity training, this progressive program amps up the stimulus and intensity for continued growth. With smaller groups and customized training, recovery and nutrition – athletes increase explosive strength, speed and movement patterns to prepare for collegiate level competition.

• Smaller training groups for intensified training focus
• Monthly speed + strength workout
• Testing to track progress

College & Pro

Elite

This is the pinnacle of performance training for elite level athletes. Through intimate personalization, buddy training, and customized programming – there’s no compromising your competitive edge physically and mentally. Athletes also access biomechanical scans, tailored recovery programs, supplementation, meal plans, massages and more.

Program Includes:

• Personalized training session, hyper-focused on the athlete’s personal needs
• Monthly speed + strength workout

Ages 10+

Team

Take your team to the next level – together. This performance program is ideal for coaches who want to keep their athletes training hard, but prevent over-training of their sport.
