The goal of Game Face Training Systems is to increase strength, agility, speed, and mobility of each athlete while preventing overtraining, and injury. The system is designed so that each athlete trains all aspects of movement and all major lifts within a microcycle. GFTS is broken down into 2, 3, and 4 day programs. Each day is compromised of prehabilitation, activation, power development, movement, lifting, and core. Our goal is to help all of our clients reach their athletic ceiling in a controlled, and safe environment.
