Small group training for all ages and sports
No matter your age or the sport you play, our coaches know what it takes to boost your strength, speed and skills. We develop all levels of athletes, from youth sports to high school, to college or the pros, using our proprietary approach to sports performance training.
Everything our athletes do is geared toward making them the best players they can be. We start by building a strong foundation of skills and strength, and create a personalized program for each of our athletes that grows with them as their skills improve. With expert coaches and small group training alongside other top talent, we’ve helped thousands of athletes surpass their goals, strengthen their bodies and achieve victory.

Start with a sports performance evaluation
Every athlete undergoes a detailed assessment of their current fitness and performance levels. Our coaches will use this assessment to create a customized, progressive sports training program to level up performance.
Evaluations consist of strength, flexibility and range-of-motion tests, as well as on-field drills. They take an hour to complete.
Sports performance programs for youth and adult athletes
We have a range of sports performance programs for athletes at all levels. After the evaluation, our experienced coaches will guide you to the training program that matches your skillset and your goals: Foundation, Starter, Prep, Collegiate & Pro, or Teams.
You’ll train with top athletes from around the state who play all different types of sports. Working alongside talented athletes with the same dedication to success can help push you to work even harder. Along with our expert coaches, you’ll train in an environment where you’ll thrive.
FOUNDATION
o At the Foundation level, an emphasis will be placed on the development of the ABC'S of athleticism (Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed). This is one of the most important periods for motor development in an aspiring athlete. Children are now developmentally ready to acquire the fundamental skills that are the corner stone of athletic development.
Session objective :
- To systematically incorporate a range of primitive movement patterns to help develop and increase the movement competencies of our youth athletes.
Session goals:
- To foster a fun, energetic training environment where we focus on training the athlete and not the drill. Our goal is to motivate and educate these kids each and every session.


Starter
Youth athletes ages 12-14 will benefit from the Starter level of our sports performance program. Young athletes will learn how to train, mastering the basics of strength, movement and agility to build a solid athletic foundation. When you’re preparing to make the varsity team, we can help.
Our coaches work with Starter athletes in small groups. We guide you through a series of exercise and drills tailored to your performance levels and training goals. We support your mental conditioning in order to build the dedication and winning mindset you need to compete. At the Starter level, training includes:
- Group training sessions with other dedicated athletes
- Monthly speed and strength workout
- Regular testing to monitor progress
Prep
Athletes ages 15-18 who are ready for higher intensity training are best suited for the Prep level. At this level of training, our coaches build off the foundation of Starter training. We amp up the stimulus and the intensity with smaller training groups, tailored training plans, post-workout recovery and nutrition planning.
Athletes training at the Prep level will see their strength, speed and agility explode. With our help, you’ll be ready for collegiate-level competition. Athletes at the Prep level can expect:
- Small group training sessions
- Monthly speed and strength workout
- Regular testing to monitor progress


COLLEGIATE
The Collegiate training program is built for athletes competing on college teams or preparing to make the jump. This is where data driven physical performance meets mental preparation to give you a competitive edge. TRIA GameFace coaches will work with you on customized workouts, recovery strategies, and fueling plans tailored to your sport. You’ll also get access to biomechanical scans and performance testing to track your progress and adjust as needed.

PROFESSIONAL
At the Pro level, athletes are held to the highest standards of performance—and so is our training. Designed for those competing at the top of their game, this level delivers elite performance training, advanced recovery protocols, and high-level support from TRIA GameFace coaches.
You’ll receive customized training sessions, performance-focused meal planning, and regular biomechanical scans to fine-tune your movement patterns and reduce injury risk. Recovery is built into the program, with guided sessions designed to keep you at peak performance.
