Sports performance training for basketball players
You’ve worked hard to get to this far, and you owe it to yourself to become the best possible basketball player. TRIA GameFace sports performance training in St. Louis Park, Minnesota was created for athletes of all levels. We help basketball players develop the speed, agility and power needed to defeat the competition with the help of sports science, total-body conditioning and elite coaching. Whether you’re on the rise or about to go pro, we’ll help you become a more complete athlete.
How our sports performance program helps basketball players
Our sports performance coaches work with basketball players to build their overall athleticism. We train the entire athlete by combining total-body conditioning, data-driven training and recovery techniques to help you become stronger, faster and more confident on the court.
During one-hour sessions, you’ll train in a small group alongside other athletes at similar skill levels who are also hungry to improve. After your sports performance evaluation, our coaches will recommend the ideal number of training sessions needed to help you achieve your potential without straining your body. We offer two-, three- and four-day sports performance training programs. Program membership begins at $100 per month.

At TRIA GameFace, the health and safety of our athletes are our top priorities. Our experienced sports performance coaches use techniques proven to help prevent injuries while improving your game.
If you’re recovering from a sports injury, or if you want specialized post-training care from an expert, TRIA physical therapists are here to help. They’re on site to give you physical therapy and sports medicine care alongside your sports performance training. They’ll help you return to peak performance and prevent future injuries.
